Senior Vice President of Construction

  • In his role as Senior Vice President of Construction, Ignacio Hernan Gomez leads the planning, execution, and oversight of all construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across Campbell Communities’ portfolio. He is responsible for driving project strategy, budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and quality control, ensuring each project is delivered efficiently while protecting long‑term asset value.

    With extensive experience in construction leadership across multifamily and mixed‑use developments, Ignacio brings a disciplined, hands‑on approach focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Born in Argentina, he is married and a proud father to a son and a daughter.

    Outside of work, Ignacio coaches youth flag football, runs local 5Ks, enjoys building LEGO sets, and is a lifelong New York Giants fan. He also loves comics—especially Marvel and Star Wars—appreciates great Mexican food and is known for delivering a well‑timed dad joke. His passion for both his profession and his family fuels his energetic, people‑first leadership style.

  • Andrea V. Brown is the Chief Operating Officer of Campbell Communities. With nearly two decades of experience in multifamily housing, property management, and real estate operations, Andrea oversees property operations, capital planning, risk management, compliance, maintenance operations, resident experience, and organizational effectiveness across the company’s portfolio.

    Andrea is known for leading operational transformation through practical systems, data-driven decision making, standardized procedures, and team-focused leadership. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations, where she led portfolio-wide initiatives focused on modernization, operational consistency, employee development, reporting, and process improvement. Her work supports strong property performance, long-term asset value, and Campbell Communities’ owner-operator culture and values.

    Andrea holds a B.A. in Art History with a focus in Historic Preservation and completed graduate study toward a Master of Architecture, bringing a unique perspective to the built environment, asset stewardship, and long-term capital planning. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). Andrea is also a licensed real estate broker and notary public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is a member of IREM and the National Association of Home Builders.

    In addition to her professional leadership, Andrea is actively involved in community service and nonprofit initiatives focused on education, youth development, libraries, and local civic engagement. A wife and mom of 3, Andrea is passionate about people, process, and the evolving future of multifamily housing.

  • Mr. Campbell assumes a pivotal role overseeing all facets of ownership, management, and development across Campbell Communities' extensive portfolio of 2,000 real estate units. His leadership drives forward initiatives to revitalize properties, embrace digital transformation, and restructure operations for enhanced efficiency. With a background rooted in television broadcast news at NBC and CNN, Mr. Campbell brings over 28 years of experience to his current role, including serving as a general contractor for Gilbert Campbell Real Estate projects. His academic credentials include a BA in Economics/Applied Mathematics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Campbell is deeply engaged in community service, holding various leadership positions in organizations such as Tufts Medicine/Wellforce, Circle Health, and Saints Medical Center. He also contributes his expertise to boards including Lowell Plan, MassDevelopment Finance Agency, and Pioneer Institute. Mr. Campbell's dedication extends to numerous professional memberships, underscoring his commitment to excellence in real estate and community development. Outside of work, he enjoys running, travel, and exploring the history of technology, embodying a well-rounded approach to both professional and personal pursuits.

  • In his role, Mr. Cenatiempo spearheads the management and oversight of all revenue streams within Campbell Communities, driving strategic planning, development, and implementation of initiatives to optimize income across the property portfolio. His responsibilities span rent and renewal structures, budgeting, and financial forecasting, all aimed at maximizing revenue while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. With a background that includes senior roles within Campbell Communities, such as Sr. Property Manager and Director of Pricing Strategy, as well as experience as Assistant General Manager of Arsenal Yards by Bozzuto, Mr. Cenatiempo brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. He holds a Bachelor's in Sports Management from Saint John’s University and a Master's in Sports Management from the State University of New York at Cortland. Outside of work, Mr. Cenatiempo cherishes time spent with his family, often embarking on adventures along the scenic Maine coastline. An avid sports enthusiast, he passionately supports the Red Sox and Patriots, reflecting his deep-rooted love for the game.
